Tomorrow is our final day of state testing at the high school. All Juniors will begin testing immediately after school starts. If you are a Junior and attend Tri Count Tech, stay in Pawhuska tomorrow. We have notified Tri County.
Pawhuska Public Schools is announcing two Special Board meetings:
Thursday, April 13, 2023 at 5:30 p.m. in the Pawhuska Upper Elementary Cafeteria at 1700 N Lynn Ave.
Friday, April 14, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. in the Pawhuska Upper Elementary Cafeteria at 1700 N Lynn Ave.
Agendas will be posted later today on this website and on the east door of the entrance of the Administration office.
The JH baseball game scheduled for this coming Friday, April 7th against Hominy will be played at 11a.m.

Parents/Guardians, tomorrow is the ACT test. We will begin as soon as we can get students into the correct locations. Once the test is completed, the Junior class will be released for the day. Students may be asked by coaches to attend athletics and will be expected to show up.

Juniors, tomorrow starts state testing. Monday is the Science test, Tuesday is the ACT test. If you attend Tri County Tech, do not go Monday and Tuesday we have communicated to them. If you have a concurrent class at that time, email your teacher and let them know why you will not be online that day.

This Saturday, April 1st several seniors will be hosting the Class Days Radio Show from 1:00-3:00 on KPGM 99.1 FM or 1500 AM. Listen in to hear Ryleigh, Zowie, Miya, Marie, Triten, Alan, and Marco share highlights of their classmates and memories of their years at PHS!
Pawhuska Junior High 8th grade graduation/JH awards ceremony will be held May 16th at 12:45 in the field house. The Junior High MAPS reward will be May 17th.

There are a variety of food options. For $9 (this includes tax), their cafeteria features an all you can eat buffet with: a salad bar, deli sandwiches, pizza and a hot entrée. The on-campus coffee shop serves Starbucks coffee, and vendors will be selling food, drinks and desserts outside. Should the cafeteria be overcrowded, we will go to a restaurant elsewhere along the route home for lunch.
We will leave PHS at 4:45am and return before 4:00pm.

State testing starts next week for Juniors. April 3rd is the Science test, April 4th is the ACT test and April 12th is the US History test. All of these tests must be taken in order to graduate. If you have already taken the ACT, you MUST still take the April 4th ACT which is provided and mandated by the State.
